Anna Çoban is an advocate, member of the Bar Association in Warsaw. She is a graduate of full-time studies at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw, where she defended her master's thesis on "Legal aspects of running a business by foreigners in Poland" under the supervision of dr. Dariusz Szafrański. She also graduated from the School of European and English Law organized by Cambridge University at the University of Warsaw. In 2017, she graduated from the Postgraduated studies on company law at the Warsaw School of Economics.
Before founding Çoban Legal, she gained experience in law firms dealing primarily with Polish and foreign entrepreneurs from the construction, financial and transport industries. She specializes in litigation and contract law and provides comprehensive services for entrepreneurs - from the foundation, through operation, including litigation and reorganization, as well as liquidation and bankruptcy. She also supports individual clients in civil, family and inheritance matters. She also worked as an in-house lawyer for a major event company and has years of business management experience. She speaks Polish, English and Turkish.
İREM ACAR GÜMÜŞ
Irem Acar Gümüş graduated in law from Yeditepe University in Istanbul in 2007 and has been a member of the Istanbul Bar Association since 2009. After graduation, she worked in a leading Turkish law firm, providing advisory and procedural services for domestic and foreign clients. She has experience in handling real estate matters, litigation in the field of breach of contracts, inheritance law and private law.
She founded her own law firm, Acar Legal Consultancy (www.acarlegal.com) that serves Istanbul / Turkey and Warsaw / Poland, providing legal services to domestic and foreign clients, offering them professional, effective and business-oriented legal solutions . She co-operates with the Coban Legal Law Office, providing legal services to Polish entrepreneurs and private persons in Turkey and to Turkish entities in Poland. She deals with every area of private law, focuses mainly on real estate law and strives to resolve all kinds of local and international disputes, build lasting and long-term relationships with Polish and Turkish clients.
Wiktoria Panek cooperated with the Coban Legal Law Office since 2019. She is a graduate of full-time law studies at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in Krakow. She defended her master's thesis at the Department of Administrative Law and Proceedings. During her studies, she belonged to the Society of the Law Students' Library Society, with which she organized academic meetings and nationwide scientific conferences. She deepened her knowledge by participating in numerous courses and workshops in various areas of law, including commercial law, alternative dispute resolution or legislation, and by participation in scientific conferences organized under the patronage of the Jagiellonian University. She specializes in administration law and proceeding, as well as in company and contracts' law. A lover of aesthetics, photography and travel. Her interests include psychology, mediation and design. She speaks English.
Daria Dudek is a graduate of full-time studies at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in Krakow. She also graduated from the School of Japanese Culture and Law organized in cooperation with Kobe University at the Jagiellonian University in 2018. A year later, she completed the program ‘Chinese Law Taught in English’ at the China-EU School of Law organized at the China University of Political Science and Law in Beijing. Currently, she participates in the LL.M. program, the International Master of Chinese Law (IMCL), conducted at the China University of Political Science and Law in Beijing. CSC Scholarship holder in the academic years 2019-2020 and 2020-2021. Her legal interests include economic and commercial law, civil law and alternative dispute resolution. During her studies, she developed her skills and interests in various fields, including through involvement in the activities of the Law Students' Library Society, participation in numerous conferences and workshops organized at the Jagiellonian University, as well as the organization of a nationwide conference as part of the activities of the scientific club.
